1. Gongtan Ancient Town Entry

• Opening Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Town is open 24/7, but ticket booths close).
• Entry Fee: ~16 CNY (Maintenance fee).

2. Wujiang Gallery Cruise (from Gongtan Wharf)

• Operating Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Frequency: Rolling departures (boats leave when full or every 30-60 mins).

Part 2: How to Get to Wujiang Gallery

📍Location: Pengshui County (approx. 280km / 3.5 hours from Chongqing City Center).

• Step 2: Bus from Train Station to Pengshui City Center (30 mins).

To take a boat cruise, you need to go to one of two main wharves.

Option A: The Gongtan Route (Most Popular) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

• Where: Starts at Gongtan Ancient Town (龚滩古镇).
• The Experience: Best for culture + scenery. You can explore the 1,700-year-old stilt houses of the ancient town before or after the boat ride.
• Duration: ~1 Hour (Round trip).

Option B: The Wanzu Route (The Long Cruise)

• Where: Starts at Wanzu Wharf (万足码头) in Pengshui.
• The Experience: Pure nature. A longer journey connecting Pengshui City to Gongtan.
• Duration: ~2-3 Hours (One way).
